By sending a deposit, you agree to all of the terms detailed on this page

★ Appointments must be booked within 10 months of paying your deposit.

★ If you need to reschedule your booking, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice and your deposit will count towards your new appointment. Any notice less than this will require you to pay a new deposit to reschedule your appointment, and the original deposit will be lost.

★ Appointment no-shows will be required to pay a new appointment upfront and in full. This also applies to those who cancel/reschedule on 3 or more occasions.

★ If you haven't already, please provide a phone number. This is in case of emergencies and for you to receive appointment reminders.

★ Please only reply or enquire about your appointment via email. I don't always see social media DM's in time and it's difficult for me to keep track if it isn't all discussed in one place. Thanks for your understanding.

Your Design

☻ Flash: Flash designs are repeatable, however they can be customised if you'd like something unique to you. Please give at least one weeks otice if you change your mind on which flash design you’d like, as some flash may be more complex and therefore require a longer time slot.

☻ Customs: A sketch of your design will be sent the day before your appointment, and includes up to 2 small revisions. A full re-draw would require a new deposit, and we may also need to reschedule your appointment.

If you change your mind on your idea and require a new design, please give at least one weeks notice. Any less than this will incur a drawing fee. 

I can not directly copy another artists work. Please also ensure your requested design suits my illustrative style. For example, I am not experienced in fineline or full colour (but can recommend some great artists who are!).

On The Day

★ You MUST be over the age of 18 to get a tattoo. Please ensure you bring a photo I.D. such as a passport or driving licence.

★ Due to multiple bookings in one day, it may not always be possible to honour appointments for clients who arrive 15+ minutes late, and therefore may require a new booking with a new deposit. Please contact me via phone or email and give as much notice as possible if you are running late.

★ I accept cash or bank transfer on the day

★ If you are considering numbing cream or red ink, please discuss with me beforehand.

★ If you’re feeling a little nervous and it would benefit you to bring a friend along, you are more than welcome to! However as I have limited room and to respect neighbouring artists, I ask that you please avoid bringing along more than one! Thank you for your understanding. 

★ Tainted Oak is an inclusive studio and all bodies are welcome. If you require disability access, a quieter appointment for sensory reasons, or anything to help you feel at ease on the day, please notify me and I will always do my absolute best to accommodate.
